smokedsalmonAgain, the labelling on the front of this product implies that the inside the packaging is Scottish salmon. However, the back of the packaging indentifies that the salmon inside the packet is in fact produced from Scottish OR Norwegian Atlantic salmon.

Cornish Ice Cream?

IMG_1126 Cornish Ice Cream? This is made using 1.5% Clotted Cream. It does not say that this clotted cream is made in Cornwall, or for even the ice cream. By using 'Cornish' as part of their description to their product, they are implying the quality that is associated with this famous dairy farming region, but is it from Cornwall at all?

Unlikely, Country of origin is declared as just EU. Customer names are one thing, like Sheppards Pie, (which does not include any Sheppards!) but provenence is important to consumers, if you imply it's from a place it had better had be.
