Fresh British Topside/top Rump joint

OK top marks for clarifying that this is British (and Organic), good to know it’s ‘fresh’, which means it has NOT been previously frozen – but, the picture of ‘one of the farmers’ is too vague. Pleasing pictures of farmers are good if it is of the actual farm that produced that product. If Tesco’s will have traceability for each carcass directly to each farm, so why not identify the farmer individually?

Pictures of Farmers need to be the actual producer of that product, not some vague implication as ‘one of their farmers.’

But the picture gives the name of the Farmer himself? The cost involved in labelling each pack to reflect the exact farm it comes from would probably push the price outside of a this product ranges price range
