Cornish Ice Cream? This is made using 1.5% Clotted Cream. It does not say that this clotted cream is made in Cornwall, or for even the ice cream. By using ‘Cornish’ as part of their description to their product, they are implying the quality that is associated with this famous dairy farming region, but is it from Cornwall at all?
