<p>OK top marks for clarifying that this is British (and Organic), good to know it&#8217;s &#8216;fresh&#8217;, which means it has NOT been previously frozen &#8211; but, the picture of &#8216;one of the farmers&#8217; is too vague. Pleasing pictures of farmers are good if it is of the actual farm that produced that product. If Tesco&#8217;s will have traceability for each carcass directly to each farm, so why not identify the farmer individually?</p>
